Custom projects (such as graphic design, websites, or printing) are produced to client approval — once final approval is given, no further refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
 
5. Intellectual Property
 
All designs, content, text, graphics, and media created by Spyder 360 Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of finalized designs (excluding templates, source files, or stock assets) may transfer to the client.
 
You agree not to resell, modify, or distribute our copyrighted materials without written permission.
 
6. Client Responsibilities
 
Clients are responsible for:
 

• Providing accurate project information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner

• Reviewing all proofs, designs, and final deliverables before production

• Ensuring they have the rights to any images, logos, or text submitted for use

 
Spyder 360 Media is not responsible for errors or issues that result from incorrect client information or missed approvals.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
 
Spyder 360 Media is not liable for:
 

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services

• Delays caused by third-party vendors, printing facilities, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control

 
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
